WCKCC Policies

Membership List Use Policy

Any party wishing to distribute information to WCKCC members must do so through the Board of Directors.  Materials to be distributed via e-mail or other means will be provided to the Board of Directors.  If the materials are compliant with WCKCC policies and approved by the Board of Directors, the club will distribute them to the members and any costs of doing so will be paid by the party wishing to distribute the materials.  This approach is intended to protect the privacy of members who do not wish their personal information be shared with outside parties, while receiving the benefits of this information.

Endorsement Policy

WCKCC cannot endorse any event not sponsored or co-sponsored by WCKCC.  The purpose of this policy is to protect WCKCC from any liability, perceived or actual, incurred from these activities.  Any requests for endorsement will be submitted to the Board of Directors, who will make the final decisions regarding the event.  Events including alcohol will not be endorsed so as to not encourage drinking and driving.

Intoxicants Policy

Drivers must behave as Designated Drivers during all events. Failure to do so will result in immediate expulsion from the event.

Conduct Policy

Anyone not conducting themselves in accordance with the family oriented nature of the club, causing a disturbance, or creating a safety hazard may be ejected from the meet at any time and all registration fees will be forfeited.

Dues & Renewal Policies

Dues are prorated $5 per quarter year for the first year joined. Joining January through March includes early renewal so that dues are not due again in only a few months.

Prorated dues apply only to the first partial year. After that, Dues are $20 per year or $50 for 3 years regardless of when the member renews.

Members who allow their dues to lapse can return to membership in good standing with payment of renewal dues.

Members who allow their dues to lapse for more than one year and have not participated in any club activities during that period may be considered returning members, and can restore their membership in good standing with payment of renewal dues (not prorated) for the current membership year.
