All new members must submit an application for membership and annual club dues to the Club Treasurer. Membership is open to anyone who has an interest in the Pontiac Solstice, Saturn Sky, or other vehicles built upon the Kappa platform, agree to abide by the bylaws of the club, and agree to conduct themselves in accordance with the family oriented nature of the club. Ownership of a Solstice or Sky is not a requirement. Full membership status will be granted following the applicant being voted in as a member. Provisional membership privileges will apply until voted in as a member.
In consideration for the club accepting my membership application/renewal and/or event registration, I, the undersigned (Checking the "I agree to the Terms and Liability Release" check box and submitting payment constitutes signature), intending to legally bind myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, next of kin, and assignees do hereby waive all rights and claims or actions for property damage, personal injury, wrongful death, or other harm against any person or organization affiliated with the West Coast Kappa Car Club. I agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless the West Coast Kappa Car Club, its officers, its members, and all sponsors from any claims, actions, damages, liability, and expense, including attorney fees on account of injury to my person or property, or resulting in my death, while I am observing or participating in any way with this club including travel to and from meetings and events.
During all WCKCC events, all participants must conduct themselves in a safe, family oriented manner.
Drivers must behave as Designated Drivers traveling to, participating in, and returning from any WCKCC event.
Failure to comply with these standards of conduct will result in immediate expulsion from the event.
You are purchasing an advanced reservation for a BBQ dinner of pork ribs and/or beef brisket (Beverage not included. Beverages can be purchased from the drive-in snack bar or you can bring your own.) which will be delivered to the Mission Tiki Drive-in theater July 5, 2009 at 6:30 PM.
This BBQ dinner does NOT include admission to the Drive-in. You will need to pay $7 per person at the State Street gate when you enter.
Order must be placed by 11:30 PM July 4, 2009. If the total number of orders does not meet the minimum number required by our vendor, your money will be refunded. Cancellation fee $2. There is no refund for cancellations after 11:30 PM July 4, 2009. There are no refunds if you do not show up at the event.
Membership dues are non-refundable.
